Jaquarius Raglin Receives 2023 UGA President’s Fulfilling the Dream Award

Jaquarius Raglin, a graduate student earning a Master in the Study of Law from UGA’s School of Law, was 1 of 3 recipients of the 2023 UGA President’s Fulfilling the Dream Award presented during the 19th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Breakfast.  

The 2023 winners demonstrated a commitment to the Athens-Clarke County community, the Clarke County School District, and the University of Georgia through their civic engagement by utilizing Dr. King’s philosophy to resolve conflict and foster goodwill. 

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Breakfast is a yearly gathering of Athens-Clarke County community members and the University of Georgia. Per UGA, the breakfast is a “premier celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King.”
