    Join us for UGA Miracle’s 31st Dance Marathon on March 28, 2026, at Stegeman Coliseum! This 13-hour celebration marks the culmination of our year of fundraising for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Throughout the event, participants will enjoy dancing, entertainment, games, and heartfelt stories from UGA Miracle Champion Families, all leading up to the exciting total reveal.

Panhellenic community receives multiple awards in Shelley Sutherland’s honor

Sutherland’s contributions to sorority and fraternity life is honored through various awards in her namesake, including winning this year's Most Valuable House Director award in the nation.

UGA Greek Life Wins Annual Blood Drive Competition against University of Texas 

The department of Greek Life, in partnership with The Blood Connection, hosted the campus blood collection, inviting students to donate and support local and regional blood needs. UGA recorded 268 donors, including 223 completed donations, with 188 first-time donors and 80 returning donors.

Tradition, Chivalry, Para Siempre: How UGA’s Latin Greek Life transcends cultural barriers to do good

Latin American students at the University of Georgia are few and far between. According to data from 2023, Hispanic or Latino students make up just about 5.8% of undergraduates and 5.6% of graduates at UGA. Despite this, students from Latin American backgrounds make their mark on campus in many ways.

Jack O’Kelley Foundation hosts fentanyl awareness presentation for UGA fraternity members

New fraternity members at the University of Georgia filled the Tate Student Center Auditorium on Monday, Sept. 15, for a drug awareness program presented by the Jack O’Kelley Foundation, an organization dedicated to educating students about the dangers of illegal drugs.

UGA Miracle receives the 2025 Excellence in Event Experience Award

On July 17, Children's Miracle Network awarded UGA Miracle with the Excellence in Event Experience Award at their annual leadership conference held in Kansas City, MO. This award recognized UGA Greek Life student leaders’ work to shift their annual fundraising Dance Marathon event model from 24+ hours to 13.1 hours.

Legacy, Commitment, and Excellence: National Champions’ Sorority Experience

On June 14th, the University of Georgia made history as they captured their first-ever NCAA Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Championship. Among them, three remarkable members of the National Pan-Hellenic Council: Sydney Harris, Aaliyah Butler, and Kaila Jackson.

UGA Miracle raises $1.2M for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

On Saturday, UGA Miracle announced it had raised $1,201,133.25 for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at its annual Dance Marathon. More than 2,000 students, faculty, staff and community members gathered in Stegeman Coliseum to celebrate one of the University of Georgia’s largest student-run organizations.
