The Sophomore Leaders’ Circle
A select leadership development program for second year Greek students that focuses on leadership skills such as networking, conflict management, and integrity to better prepare future Greek leaders. This program provides students with the necessary leadership skills to deal with adversity and challenges and represent their respective chapters and the University of Georgia in a positive manner. Students who complete this program are ready to assume individual chapter and council leadership responsibilities. Additional plans include program expansion to include first year students.
